titleOfInvention | Method for producing 5-amino-2,4,6-triiodo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid derivative |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a nonionic iodinated contrast agent which is a derivative of 5-amino-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid and has a hydroxyl-substituted acylamino residue at the 5-position. Thus, without isolating any intermediate, it relates to a process comprising the following steps: (a) 5-amino-2,4,6-triiodo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid dichloride was protected as an ester Reacting with an acyl chloride having a hydroxyl group to obtain a solution of 5-acylamino-2,4,6-triiodo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid dichloride in dimethylacetamide; (b) step (a) In the crude solution obtained from the above, a compound represented by the formula: NR 1 R 2 R 3 wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are each independently a (C 1 -C 12 ) linear or branched alkyl group, (C 1 ~ 3) a tertiary amine represented by alkyl (C 6 -C 10) aryl radical or (C 1 -C 4) alkenyl group], while maintaining the reaction temperature at 0 to 30 ° C., the molar amount of acyl chloride (C) adding the amino alcohol to the solution obtained from step (b) to give the corresponding N, N'-bis [2,4,6-triiodo-1 , 3-benzenedicarboxamide], which is directly hydrolyzed to deprotect the protected hydroxyl group. |
