Wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are, independently of one another, H, halo, A or OA; R 4 is H, — (CH 2 ) m —NR 6 R 7 ; R 5 is H, - (CH 2) be n -NR 6 R 7; R 6 is H, or is a, or with R 7 - (CH 2) 4 - or - (CH 2) 5 - forms a; R 7 is H, or is a, or having a bond of the same ring or adjacent ring B or D - (CH 2) m - in either, or together with R 6 - (CH 2) 4 - or - ( CH 2 ) 5 —; X is —CHR 5 —, —NR 5 —, —O—, —S—; A is C 1 -C 6 alkyl; halo is F, Cl , Br or I; m is 1-3; n is 0-3; at least one of the two groups R ′ or R ゜ is — (CH.) M-NR ゜ R ″ or — ( CH 2 ) n is -NR 6 R 7. The present invention further provides salts and solvates of said derivatives, and their use in the treatment of neurodegenerative changes in CNS function of the compound and a biologically compatible salt It is also a thing.
