(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are methods for completely or partially blocking, augmenting, sealing, or filling various biological lumens and voids in a patient's body. Lumens include arteries, veins, intestines, fallopian tubes, and trachea. The voids include various injuries, fissures, diverticula, cysts, fistulas, aneurysms, or other undesirable voids that may be present in the patient's body. In the most common methods of the present invention, an effective amount of biological material is administered to a lumen or void (eg, via injection, catheter, or surgical implantation). Preferred biomaterial compositions for use in the present invention are disclosed. |
