titleOfInvention Topcoat paint for metal plate that imparts scratch resistance, coating film galling resistance and snow sliding property, surface treatment method for metal plate, and coated metal sheet excellent in scratch resistance, coating film galling resistance and snow sliding property
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the projection of aggregates in a coating film generated on a coated surface of a coated metal plate having an undercoating film and a topcoating film, and to prevent galling and scratch resistance of the coating. And a coated metal sheet having excellent snow sliding property. SOLUTION: An undercoating film containing a ceramic inorganic aggregate is coated on a metal plate with a topcoat paint comprising polyvinylidene fluoride-based fluororesin as a matrix resin, polyacrylonitrile beads, ceramic-based inorganic aggregate and fluororesin powder mixed. It is applied and heated at a temperature sufficient for forming a matrix resin into a film and for a sufficient time to perform baking and drying. The ratio of the average particle size of the aggregate in the coating film to the thickness of the coating film strongly affects the projection of the aggregate from the coating film surface. 6 to 40 μm, and the relationship between the average particle size (r) and the thickness of the overcoat film (T) is 0.04 ≦ r /T≦1.0, and preferably the relationship between the average particle size (r ′) of the aggregate of the undercoat and the thickness (T ′) of the undercoat is 0.05 ≦ r ′ / T ′ ≦ 1.0.
