titleOfInvention | Flexible polyurethane foam and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a high water absorption equal to or higher than that of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam, and to have little damage to an object to be cleaned due to its flexibility and elasticity. In addition, the present invention provides a flexible polyurethane foam having high water absorption in one shot without requiring a process such as secondary processing, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This is a flexible polyurethane foam obtained by foaming a composition mainly containing a polyol, an isocyanate, a foaming agent, and the like, and a micropore having a diameter of less than 20 μm is formed in a cell skeleton constituting the flexible polyurethane foam. Are formed in a uniformly distributed state. |
