titleOfInvention | Dust control rental mat |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve the dust collecting property, make the dirt by the adsorbed dust inconspicuous, lengthen the rental cycle, and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning to increase the durability, and To provide a dust control rental mat economically by saving labor for replacement associated with collection and re-lending. SOLUTION: A rubber adhesive is applied to the back surface of a tufted pile ground where cut piles and loop piles are selectively formed by inserting three or more types of pile yarns of different colors into a base cloth and fixing the pile to the base cloth. Then, an unvulcanized rubber sheet is pressed against the surface to which the rubber adhesive has been applied and heated and vulcanized to form a dust control rental mat. |
