Human myoblast cell line and its use |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a permanent mammalian cell line. The method comprises the steps of: a) treating a culture or suspension of primary mammalian cells with at least one glucocorticoid; b) optionally, a suspension of the pretreated culture of step a). C) at least one nucleic acid not of retroviral origin and capable of immortalizing the pretreated cells, into the pretreated cells of the suspension of step a) or b) Disclosed is a human muscle cell line that can be proliferated and produced from human muscle primary cells by a method comprising the steps of introducing a vector and further culturing the introduced cells in step c). Further provided are human muscle cells derived from these cell lines, and pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them. |
