abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide high sensitivity to near-infrared light for semiconductor lasers, excellent electrical properties, and decrease in photosensitivity even after repeated use, using an oxotitanyl phthalocyanine compound as a charge generation material. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which charging hardly occurs and the charging potential is stable. SOLUTION: This problem is solved by using an oxotitanyl phthalocyanine compound having a specific X-ray diffraction spectrum as a charge generation material and using a mixture of a hydrazone compound and a styryl compound as a charge transport material. |
