titleOfInvention Method for producing polarization-diffractive cholesteric liquid crystal film
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a polarization diffractive cholesteric liquid crystal film in which diffracted light itself generates specific polarized light such as circularly polarized light or linearly polarized light. SOLUTION: A first step of forming a cholesteric liquid crystal film on an alignment support substrate, and a second step of transferring a diffraction pattern of a diffractive element substrate to a cholesteric liquid crystal film surface and forming a region having a diffractive ability on a part of the film. After bonding the film surface of the cholesteric liquid crystal film to which the diffraction pattern has been transferred and the removable substrate via an adhesive layer, the alignment support substrate is peeled from the cholesteric liquid crystal film and transferred to the removable substrate. A method for producing a polarization-diffractive cholesteric liquid crystal film including a third step and a fourth step of peeling the removable substrate from the cholesteric liquid crystal film.
