abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To enable a large amount of material to be dried to be dried with a relatively small amount of warm air without increasing the size and complexity of members constituting a drying device. SOLUTION: A hollow cylindrical rotary drum 2 containing a material to be dried such as a powder material is rotated in a predetermined direction by rotating wheels 11 and 12 while being inclined at a predetermined angle. Hot air is supplied through a ventilation plate 35 from a hot air supply port 20 formed at one end of the battery, and a hot air exhaust port 21 formed at the other end is provided through a bag filter 39. By forcibly exhausting the hot air, the dried material in the rotary drum 2 is dried.
