titleOfInvention | Polymerization initiator system, vinyl polymer and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymerization initiator system and a vinyl polymer capable of controlling molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. SOLUTION: The polymerization initiator system comprises a compound represented by the formula (1) (such as 2-methyl-2-nitrosopropane) or a dimer thereof, and a compound represented by the following formula (2) (N- t-butyl-α-phenylnitrone, etc.) [(1) R 1 is a phenyl group or the like; (2) R 2 is t-C 4-8 Alkyl, R 3 is a phenyl group; (3) R 2 and R 3 form a ring together with adjacent nitrogen and carbon atoms] and a radical polymerization initiator. The polymerization initiator system is used in an amount of 0.01 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl monomer, and the N-substituted compound and the radical polymerization initiator are used in amounts of 0 to 100 moles per 100 parts of the vinyl monomer. 0.001 to 100 mol and 0.00 From 1 to 10 moles can be used to control the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the polymer. |
