titleOfInvention | Developing device, process cartridge, and electrophotographic image forming device |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a developer amount detecting means capable of accurately detecting a state from a full state of a developer to a near-less state immediately before a printing failure, thereby improving convenience when a user uses the apparatus. Provided are an inexpensive developing device, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus that can be operated. SOLUTION: A developer remaining amount detecting electrode pair having first and second electrodes 12 and 40 is arranged with a developing unit 13 and a hopper unit 14 of a developing device 10 interposed therebetween. The first electrode 12 is a developer carrier, and the second electrode 40 is attached to the outer wall of the developing container 11. |
