titleOfInvention Full color toner
abstract (57) [Problem] To have excellent positive chargeability, and even when used in a non-magnetic one-component developing method, there is no fogging of a photoreceptor, excellent image density can be obtained, and durability is obtained. To provide excellent full-color toner. A binder resin containing a polyester, and a compound represented by the formula (I): 60 to 97% by weight of a monomer represented by the formula (II): 1 to 33% by weight of a monomer represented by the formula (III): (R 1 , R 2 and R 4 are a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 3 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R 5 and R 6 are 1 to 6 carbon atoms. A quaternary ammonium salt group-containing copolymer obtained by a process comprising a polymerization step of a monomer mixture containing 2 to 35% by weight of a monomer represented by the following formula: 0.5 to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin It is a full-color toner containing 40 parts by weight.
