abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a water purification treatment method capable of improving the treatment capacity by increasing the water permeability of a filter. SOLUTION: Water to be treated is sent to an activation device 7 through a coagulation sedimentation tank 4. The activation device 7 is provided with a permanent magnet 8, and the cluster of water molecules in the water to be treated is subdivided by the magnetic force. The water to be treated thus activated is sent to the ceramic filter 10. Since the cluster in the water to be treated is subdivided in this way, the cluster is passed through the ceramic filter 10. The water permeability of the ceramic filter 10 increases, and the processing capacity can be improved.
