abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a simple and reproducible method for measuring mitochondrial activity in the present invention. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for determining mitochondrial activity by measuring Δ lactic acid of platelets. For that purpose, the coloring agent 3-acetyl-pyridine-NAD + And a novel method for measuring lactic acid using LDH enzyme from bovine heart. Furthermore, a diagnostic kit according to the present method is provided.
