titleOfInvention Ceramic capacitor and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a thin-film ceramic capacitor having high capacitance and high withstand voltage. SOLUTION: The substrate has a Ti element at least on its surface and becomes an electrode, a dielectric layer made of a perovskite oxide formed on the substrate by a hydrothermal synthesis method, and an electrode formed thereon. The present invention relates to a capacitor, in which a part of the dielectric layer includes a PZT (lead zirconate titanate) layer containing La formed at least by a hydrothermal synthesis method.
