titleOfInvention | Exhaust gas purification catalyst, method for producing the same, and exhaust gas purification system |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an exhaust gas purifying catalyst having enhanced NOx purifying performance in an oxygen excess region, a method for producing the same, and an exhaust gas purifying system. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas purifying catalyst comprises a powder in which platinum, palladium and rhodium are supported on a porous carrier, respectively. Containing at least one element A selected from the group consisting of magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, sodium, potassium and cesium, the average particle size of the powder is controlled, and platinum, palladium, rhodium and elements other than element A The amount of oxygen released from the catalyst component is substantially zero. The method for producing an exhaust gas purifying catalyst is such that an aqueous slurry containing the powder is wet-pulverized, the obtained pulverized slurry is coated on a monolithic carrier to coat the powder, and then an aqueous solution containing the element A is impregnated. And then dried and fired. |
