(57) [Problem] To provide a method capable of efficiently forming an electrode with low energy consumption, higher quality, and efficiency. SOLUTION: A femtosecond laser is applied to at least a surface of an object to be processed whose surface is made of a substance capable of generating charged particles by laser irradiation. Using hot electrons generated by the laser irradiation, metal plating is performed on the substrate surface to form an electrode as an electrodeposition film. |
