PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for hydrophilic treatment capable of forming a film having excellent curability upon baking for a short time, maintaining hydrophilicity, stability of a treated film, and drawless moldability, and this composition. Provided is a method for hydrophilizing a heat exchanger fin material using a material. A (A) aqueous polyamide resin, (B) an aqueous resin having a polyoxyalkylene chain, (C) a polyacrylamide resin, and (D) (a) a polymerizable double bond and a polyoxyalkylene chain or polyvinyl. 2 to 50% by weight of a hydrophilic monomer having a pyrrolidone chain, (b) 20 to 97% by weight of a (meth) acrylamide-based monomer, (c) 1 to 30% by weight of a crosslinkable unsaturated monomer, (d) a carboxyl group-containing polymerizable polymer A composition for hydrophilization treatment comprising fine particles of a hydrophilic crosslinked polymer comprising a copolymer of 2 to 50% by weight of an unsaturated monomer and (e) 0 to 50% by weight of another monomer. |
