titleOfInvention Low melting point glass and glass ceramic sealing structure
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure for sealing a low melting point glass and a glass ceramic in a sealing structure in which a metal cap is sealed to a glass ceramic base via a low melting point glass in a surface mount type crystal unit or the like. Provided is a low-melting glass and glass-ceramic sealing structure that does not peel off at a stop interface. SOLUTION: Ag / Pd electrodes 3 and 4 are provided on an insulating base having a bottom plate portion 1 and a frame portion 2 made of glass ceramic. And Ag / Pd terminals 5 and 6 are formed, and a crystal vibrating piece 8 is connected and fixed to the Ag / Pd electrodes 3 and 4. On the upper surface of the frame body 2, Al, Ni, Ag, B A metal cap 10 was fixedly sealed via a low-melting glass 9 to which one or more selected from the group consisting of aTiO 3 , NiCr, TiB, and TiO 2 was added.
