| abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method and an apparatus capable of removing an appropriate amount of nitrate nitrogen from wastewater in accordance with a change in the amount of generated nitrate nitrogen contained in the wastewater. SOLUTION: The wastewater divided into a plurality of systems and the generation amount of nitrate nitrogen contained in the wastewater are respectively obtained, and the reduction from the generation amount necessary to make the nitrate nitrogen below a predetermined target concentration.
