titleOfInvention Door module structure
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce the manufacturing cost required for providing a side pocket and a shock absorbing pad on an automobile door. SOLUTION: A half-sided side pocket 4 is preferably formed integrally with a door inner panel 2 made of synthetic resin, and an opening 17 side of the half-sided side pocket 4 is door trim 3. A side pocket is formed by abutting the side. The half inner side pockets on the door inner panel side and the door trim side may be combined. A support portion and a positioning portion for the side pocket 4 are provided on the door trim 3 side. The shock absorbing pad is preferably formed integrally with the door inner panel 2. The shock absorbing pad may be fixed by an adhesive means, a fitting means, a inserting means, or a locking means. The shock absorbing pad has a shock absorbing portion and an occupant pushing portion. The shock absorbing portion is constituted by a breakable portion, a step-shaped member, or a plurality of bent shock absorbing walls.
