abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a new diffraction function element in which diffracted light itself can generate specific polarized light such as circularly polarized light or linearly polarized light. SOLUTION: This is a laminate comprising at least a support substrate / adhesive layer / cholesteric liquid crystal layer / hard coat layer, wherein the cholesteric liquid crystal layer has a region exhibiting a diffractive ability in at least a part of the film thickness direction. An optical laminate comprising a cholesteric liquid crystalline film obtained as described above. |
