(57) [Problem] To provide a chromium-free metal surface treatment agent, a surface-treated metal material, and a resin-coated metal material having excellent corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. SOLUTION: The chromium-free metal surface treating agent contains the following (i) to (iii). (I) an aluminum-containing inorganic oxide containing aluminum and oxygen and at least one element other than these two elements; (ii) a salt of a metal other than aluminum; and (iii) a resin and / or a precursor thereof. |
