abstract | (57) Abstract: Provided is a platinum-based alloy electrode material that improves the heat resistance of a capacitor and a platinum electrode used as an electrode for the capacitor, prevents diffusion of oxygen at the grain boundary, and obtains a stable dielectric crystal. I do. SOLUTION: Scandium (Sc), yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce), praseodymium (Pr), neodymium (Nb), europium (E) u), gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Y b), a platinum-based alloy containing one or more elements of a group of elements consisting of lutetium (Lu), zirconium (Zr), and hafnium (Hf), wherein the sum of the elements is based on the number of platinum atoms. A capacitor and an electrode for the capacitor, wherein the element has a ratio of 1/1000 to 1/16 and the element is homogeneously dispersed in platinum as an oxide. |
