titleOfInvention | One-component toner developing device |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To efficiently remove toner remaining after development of a developing roller for carrying and developing a one-component toner, thereby enabling downsizing of a developing device. SOLUTION: A supply roller 42 is provided which is pressed against a developing roller 41 which carries and conveys one-component toner so as to come into contact with a photosensitive member carrying an electrostatic latent image. Immediately after the developing area 46 of the developing roller 41 facing the photoreceptor 1, a removing rod 44 for removing toner is provided so as to be pressed against the developing roller 41 via the elastic plate 45 from the back surface. The toner easily released from the rod 41 is efficiently removed by the removal rod 44 having a small diameter. Further, the removing rod 44 is connected to the developing region 4. The device can be miniaturized by being close to the 6 side. |
