titleOfInvention | Polyolefin fiber and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin fiber which can be in the form of a thick fiber or a fiber having an irregular cross section and which has dyeability of a disperse dye, and which prevents drawdown in melt spinning of a polyolefin. A polyolefin fiber is obtained by improving the spinnability so that the fiber can be shaped even in the form of a fiber or a fiber having an irregular cross section. SOLUTION: It is formed from a polyolefin containing a mixed powder of polytetrafluoroethylene (A) and an alkyl (meth) acrylate polymer (B) having an alkyl group having 5 to 30 carbon atoms, which is uniformly dispersed. In the melt spinning of polyolefin fibers and polyolefin fibers, the mixed powder is added at a ratio of 0.05 to 10 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of polyolefin, melt-kneaded, and then melt-spun. |
