titleOfInvention | Partially deacetylated chitin / chitosan derivatives having free amino groups selectively substituted by amino acids and peptides and having substantially no hydroxyl group substitution, and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a partially deacetylated chitin or chitosan derivative in which a free amino group is selectively substituted by an amino acid or a peptide without substitution of a hydroxyl group of a constituent sugar, and further, to introduce various amino acids and peptides. Can be used widely, It is intended to provide a method for introducing amino acids and peptides into partially deacetylated chitin / chitosan, which can control their sequences and retain their biological activities. SOLUTION: A water-soluble active ester formed from one or more amino acids and peptides having an amino group protected by an acyl group or the like and an arylsulfonium salt such as a 4-hydroxyphenyldialkylsulfonium salt is used. Selectively replace the free amino groups of partially deacetylated chitin or chitosan. |
