abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for efficiently producing a purified aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution from which organic substances have been removed. SOLUTION: In the production of hydrogen peroxide by an anthraquinone method, (A) a crude aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution from the extraction step is brought into contact with a reverse osmosis membrane to thereby concentrate a concentrated aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and purify the organic substance by removing the organic substance. (B) returning the concentrated aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution to the working fluid inlet side of the extraction step.
