titleOfInvention | Exposure equipment for fluorescent screen formation of color cathode ray tubes |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To enable one correction lens to arbitrarily change the inclination of the upper surface with respect to the lower surface required for one of the optical correction lens groups of an exposure apparatus for forming a fluorescent screen of a color cathode ray tube. The purpose is to: SOLUTION: In an exposure apparatus for forming a fluorescent screen of a color cathode ray tube, one of the optical correction lens groups is constituted by first and second lenses 39 and 40 superposed in the optical axis direction of the exposure light beam. The overlapping surface of the first lens with the second lens was a cylindrical convex curved surface, and the overlapping surface of the second lens with the first lens was a cylindrical concave curved surface coinciding with the convex curved surface. |
