(Wherein R is H, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group) to obtain an oxadiazolone derivative represented by the following formula: Formula (V) (Wherein R is H, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group), an oxadiazolone derivative-resin conjugate represented by the following formula (IV): (Wherein R is H, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group) and is obtained by reacting triphosgene with a hydrazide-resin conjugate represented by the formula to form an oxadiazolone ring.
