Preparation of (S) oxetine-enantiomer |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a method for efficiently producing (S) -oxetine enantiomer of high purity. SOLUTION: (S) -Oxetins are prepared by simulated moving bed chromatography of a ceramic precursor with high enantiomeric purity and early in the synthesis of oxetine. Resolution is performed with high enantiomeric purity, and subsequent enantiomeric reactions are performed with high optical properties to maintain enantiomeric purity. The undesired enantiomer racemizes and is recycled to the resolution stage to avoid wasteful losses. |
