Method for producing riboflavin granules or riboflavin microgranules, said granules or microgranules, their use and tablets containing them |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: A method for producing riboflavin granules which is suitable for continuous processing and has a good riboflavin release rate from tablets. SOLUTION: In producing riboflavin granules or riboflavin microgranules having a riboflavin content of 90 to 99.5% by mass and a particle size range of 50 to 450 μm, halides of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals, alkali metals during granulation And at least one selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metal carbonates, alkali metal and alkaline earth metal bicarbonates, alkali metal and alkaline earth metal phosphates, crosslinked cellulose and cellulose derivatives and crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone. The problem is solved by adding the auxiliaries in an amount of 0.5 to 10% by weight (all weight percentages are in each case based on the dry product). |
