titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for decomposing gaseous organochlorine compounds by bioreactor
abstract (57) Abstract: A method for continuously decomposing an organic chlorine compound contained in a gas by a microorganism capable of decomposing an organic chlorine compound by utilizing the action of oxygenase, wherein a method for suppressing a decrease in bacterial concentration due to aeration. I will provide a. SOLUTION: (A) a step of continuously culturing the microorganism in a culture solution, (B) a culture solution containing the microorganism continuously supplied from the step (A), and an organic chlorine compound. Continuously contacting with a gas to decompose the organochlorine compound, controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration in the culture solution in the step (A), and controlling the concentration of the dissolved oxygen in the culture solution in the step (B). A method for decomposing an organochlorine compound, comprising maintaining the bacterial concentration of the microorganism.
