titleOfInvention | Electrolytic capacitor and its manufacturing method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable electrolytic capacitor capable of preventing generation of corrosion products at the end portion and tab portion of an anode electrode foil and preventing disconnection and short circuit. SOLUTION: A lead wire is formed by welding a lead wire to a round bar portion of a tab terminal composed of a flat portion and a round bar portion, and the formed lead wires are respectively applied to an anode electrode foil and a cathode electrode foil in the flat portion. After joining, these electrode foils are wound through a separator to form a capacitor element, and the capacitor element is impregnated with an electrolyte containing ethylene glycol, water, or a mixed solution thereof as a main solvent to form a capacitor element. And a polyester sleeve is attached to the outside of the outer case. |
