(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To efficiently treat wet organic waste while taking measures against odor and wastewater to produce a dry product. SOLUTION: (a) A methane fermentation step of introducing humid organic waste into a methane fermentation tank 10 to generate methane gas, (b) a power generation step of burning methane gas and introducing combustion exhaust gas into a gas turbine generator 12. (C) a dehydration step of dehydrating the methane fermentation treatment waste, (d) a drying step of bringing the dehydration waste into contact with exhaust gas from the gas turbine generator 12, and (e) a biological treatment step of treating the dehydration waste liquid with an aerobic microorganism. (F) a solid-liquid separation step of introducing a treatment liquid from the biological treatment device 18 to separate the treated water and excess sludge, and (g) a contact drying step of contacting excess sludge with exhaust gas from the drying step.
