titleOfInvention | Composition for hydrophilizing aluminum or aluminum alloy and method for hydrophilizing |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for hydrophilizing aluminum or an alloy thereof, which has sustained corrosion resistance and hydrophilicity and can form a film which does not generate odor, and a hydrophilizing method. SOLUTION: The formula: (Wherein R 1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R 2 and R 3 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a benzyl group, or a C 2 or 3 A water-soluble polymer (P1), a water-soluble trivalent chromium compound (A), or a water-soluble zirconium compound obtained by homo- or copolymerization of the monomer (I) represented by the formula Or, it contains the titanium compound (B) and, if necessary, further water, and the mutual ratio of P1, A and B is 0.01 to 70 parts by weight of A and B 0.001 to 100 parts by weight of the solid content of P1. A composition for hydrophilizing aluminum or its alloy, which is 70 parts by weight, and a hydrophilizing method using the same. |
