titleOfInvention | Method for producing stabilized barium titanate aqueous solution |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To be used for forming a barium titanate coating, Provided is a method for producing a barium titanate transparent aqueous solution which does not change over time even when stored for a long time and has excellent stability. SOLUTION: a) a step of adding a water-alcohol mixed solution to an aromatic compound in which a titanium salt is dissolved under reflux and then refluxing to obtain a transparent solution; b) The obtained clear solution was mixed with a barium salt, aniline or nitrobenzene and a water-alcohol mixed solution were added, and the mixture was refluxed. After washing and drying to obtain white crystals; and c) dissolving the obtained white crystals by contacting with water vapor to obtain a transparent aqueous solution of barium titanate. This is a method for producing an aqueous barium titanate solution. |
