abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a silver halide photographic emulsion which is excellent in photographic characteristics with little change in gradation at high illuminance exposure while having high sensitivity. Further, the present invention provides a color photographic light-sensitive material using the same, and a color image forming method which is simple, quick, and environmentally friendly by using the color photographic light-sensitive material. SOLUTION: Among the silver halide grains contained, complex tabular grains having an average equivalent circle diameter of 2.0 to 4.0 μm of all tabular grains and a number of the complex grains exceeding half the coordination number of metal atoms in the grains. Silver halide photographic emulsion containing one or more metal complexes having a ring compound (when the heterocyclic compound is a chelate compound, the number of coordinating atoms is the number of heterocyclic compounds) as a ligand And a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material and a color image forming method using the same. |
