abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for obtaining 4,4 ', 4 "-tris (disubstituted amino) triphenylamines in high purity and high yield. According to the present invention, the compound of the general formula (I) (Wherein X represents a halogen atom) 4 ', 4 "-trihalogenated triphenylamines are represented by the general formula (II) (Wherein, R 1 and R 2 each independently represent an aryl group or an aralkyl group.) 3 parts by weight or more of a secondary amine represented by the formula: General formula (III) characterized in that the reaction is carried out in an inert gas atmosphere in the presence of copper fine powder. (Wherein R 1 and R 2 are as defined above). A process for producing 4,4 ′, 4 ″ -tris (disubstituted amino) triphenylamines is provided. |
