titleOfInvention Color toner, image forming method using the color toner, and image forming apparatus
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent fluidity, to prevent image density reduction, contamination in the apparatus due to background contamination and toner scattering, and to reduce chatter and blade when cleaning residual toner on the surface of a photoreceptor. Provided is a color toner which does not cause photoreceptor cleaning defects such as curling or filming on the photoreceptor, an image forming method and an image forming apparatus using the toner. SOLUTION: In a color toner used in an image forming method for removing a residual toner of a photoreceptor by a cleaning means for directly pressing the photoreceptor and forming a color image by repeatedly using the photoreceptor, at least one of the toners is used. The number-average particle diameter of the toner of the color contains 15% by number or less of toner of 5 μm or less, the toner of 2% or more of the weight average diameter by 5% by volume or less, and the cumulative number distribution is 25% and 75%. The relation between D25 and D75 is 0.60 ≦ D25 / D 75 ≦ 0.80, and the weight average diameter is 6.0 to 11.5 μm, a color toner, an image forming method and an image forming apparatus using the toner.
