titleOfInvention Sterilizer
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To sterilize contents including solids, sterilization is performed by applying back pressure in a sterilizer, but solids are clogged in a pressure control valve or a homogenizer that applies back pressure. As a result, the control of the back pressure becomes unstable and causes troubles such as poor sterilization. SOLUTION: A content tank 11, a pressure pump 3, a heating device 12, a holding tube 13, a cooling device 14, a back pressure pump 5 for applying a back pressure in the sterilizer, a switching valve for feeding a sterilized content to a filling process. 6. In a sterilizer 1 comprising a pressure control valve 9 for controlling the back force of the contents, a solid retention device is provided between the switching valve 6 and the pressure control valve 9. 8, sight glass 15, drainage switching valve 16, strainer 17 to prevent solids from entering the pressure control valve 9, When switching to the contents from the water operation, the back pressure in the sterilizer 1 is stabilized to prevent sterilization failure of the contents.
