PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based composite fiber having excellent crimpability, which has both excellent stretchability and texture and is suitable for stretchable woven and knitted fabrics having excellent wear fatigue. SOLUTION: Polytremethylene terephthalate (A) having no trifunctional copolymer component and polytremethylene terephthalate (B) in which the trifunctional copolymer component is copolymerized at 0.05 to 0.2 mol%. Alternatively, a latently crimpable polyester composite fiber in which a polytremethylene terephthalate (C) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.15 to 0.3 lower than (A) is composited in a side-by-side type or an eccentric seascore type. |
