(57) [Problem] To provide a polyester resin composition for powder coating and a powder coating which provide a coating film excellent in both mechanical properties and water resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition for powder coatings comprises: A polyester resin composition for powder coatings using a hydroxyalkylamide-based compound as a curing agent, wherein the polyester resin composition mainly comprises an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and the alcohol component mainly comprises neopentyl glycol. It is obtained by post-adding an aromatic tricarboxylic anhydride and / or an epoxy compound to the polyester resin to be produced. The powder coating is obtained by blending a hydroxyalkylamide-based curing agent and various coating materials with the polyester resin composition. |
