PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable unsaturated resin composition which is excellent in adhesion to an object to be coated and water resistance and hardly causes solvent toxicity. The modified polymer of an acid group-containing resin obtained by polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing carboxylic acid and an alicyclic epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated compound is polymerized with an organic solvent or an organic solvent. It contains vinyl monomer. |
