SOLUTION: A binder comprising one kind of vinyl butyral resin, vinyl resin, vinyl chloride resin, alkyd resin, phenol resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, urethane resin, polyester resin and fluororesin, zinc chromate, zinc chromate A pigment comprising one or a mixture of zinc hydroxide composite salt and lead chromate, and phosphoric acid, zinc phosphate, A liquid paint mainly composed of an iron phosphate additive is applied to the surface of a metal material and dried, and the dried coating film is dried by scanning a laser beam linearly or in a character form to dry a printed portion. This is a method of printing by irradiating and heating the coating film and discoloring it thermally.
