abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an inexpensive, non-chromium rust preventive coating steel material having a corrosion resistance higher than that of a chromium-containing rust preventive agent. SOLUTION: A zinc-based metal-coated steel, aluminum-coated steel or uncoated steel contains, as a first layer, a phosphate compound as a first layer in an amount of 100 parts by weight as PO 4 , and 0.2 to 20 parts by weight. 0 parts by weight of a thiocarbonyl group-containing compound, 0.2 to 10 0 parts by weight of a vanadate compound, 10 to 300 parts by weight of a fine silica particle, a coating containing at least one of the above, and a second layer on top of which is 100 parts by weight of an organic resin as a solid content, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a thiocarbonyl group-containing compound, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid compound as PO 4 , 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a vanadate compound, 1 to 500 parts by weight of A steel material having a coating containing one or more of fine silica particles. |
