titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic material and processing method thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a light-sensitive material having a super-high contrast and having little fluctuation in sensitivity and increase in fog even after running. Provided are a light-sensitive material and a processing method for the same, which are super-hard and have little fluctuation in sensitivity and increase in fog even after running, even when processed rapidly with a developing solution containing ascorbic acid as a main agent (a developing solution prepared from a solid processing agent). SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic material is characterized in that the backing layer contains at least one inhibitor having a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring. The photosensitive material of the photosensitive material contains at least one hydrazine derivative and at least one selected from amine compounds and quaternary onium compounds on the photosensitive layer side. The inhibitor having a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring is a benzotriazole compound which may have a substituent. A method for processing the light-sensitive material, wherein the processing is performed with a processing solution prepared from a solid processing agent containing ascorbic acid as a main agent. |
