In a manufacturing process of a bicarbonate-containing drug solution preparation, in a preparation tank, in which a drug solution in a preparation tank is reduced by being filled in a drug solution container, carbon dioxide in a remaining drug solution and carbon dioxide in a preparation tank space portion are reduced.
