(57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a high-performance permselective hollow fiber membrane capable of improving the performance of a dialyzer without using a new membrane material and a new device. SOLUTION: When the hollow fiber membrane is immersed in water at 25 ° C. for 10 minutes and wetted with respect to the length and diameter of the dry state, 1 to 6% in the length direction and 5 to 20% in the diameter direction.
